Located in Wandsworth, Southwest London, Bronze Building is a 20-storey tower comprising 79 apartments and 20,000 sqft of commercial floorspace. The scheme consists of a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom luxury apartments and penthouse duplexes, each with its own recessed balcony. Situated on a brownfield site amongst other offices, the project required careful coordination and site logistics to deliver the scheme in line with the completion dates.
Haydon Construction provided Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Procurement and Value Engineering services for the scheme. Careful contract negotiation and cost considerations were taken on large value, key packages including the cladding and MEP works, which was vital in delivering the scheme within budget.
