Situated in a conservation area of Haringey, North London, the development consists of 23 new builds and refurbished apartments, along with 5 townhouses. Originally the site of St Ann’s Road police station, this listed building was converted into 8 apartments, whilst the remaining site was cleared to build apartments and townhouses. The original building has been carefully retained, with its arched windows, keystones and stone plaque announcing the building’s original purpose.
